摘　　要：目的为适应军队实行精简整编及军队医院建设的需求,探讨聘用护士的培养方法。方法采取与地方院校联合办学,严格选拔来院实习护生;对实习护生和聘用护士进行军事素质训练、岗前培训等。结果培养了聘用护士的业务素质与军事素质,使聘用护士的综合素质得到提高。结论我院聘用护士的培养方法科学、有效,可供同行借鉴。Objective To explore the effective methods of training for employed nurses,in order to meet the demands of reconstruction of military hospital. Method The following measures were carried out,such as jointing with local colleges,selecting student nurses strictly,developing military diathesis training for student nurses and employed nurses, and strengthening pre - post training. Results This practice trained employed nurses＇ professional competency as well as military diathesis,and improved their general quality. Conclusion The training methods were proved to he effective for employed nurses, which need to he used for reference to other military hospitals.
