摘 要:在护理人力资源相对短缺的现状下,为科学合理地利用护理人力资源,自2006年10月起,在我院各临床科室实施护理人员午间、夜间轮流听班制,协助急用取血、取药及配合值班人员进行危重病人抢救及应急状况处理。护士轮流听班制运行7个月来,较好地缓解了护理人员不足的现状,减少了护理人员紧张、超负荷工作等不安全因素,提高了工作效率,保障了午间、夜间护理质量和护理安全。护士轮流听班制是一种科学合理的人力资源管理模式,易被接受、推广,具有较强的可行性。in order to make full use of nursing human resources,we practiced a turning reserve duty system at noon and night since Oct. 2006. The nurses on reserve duty will help the nursing staff on duty to cope with emergency events, such as blood sampling, fetching drugs ,and first - aid for severe patients. This practice relieved the shortage of nursing human resource, reduced risk factors due to shortage of nursing staff and over- workload,improved working efficiency,ensured the quality and safety of nursing at noon and night. It is proved to be a scientific and feasible model for human resource management, which is easy to be accepted and promoted.
