摘　　要：在对科技企业孵化器发展风险投资功能的背景分析基础上,理论分析和合理推测相结合,探讨引入风险投资功能可能给科技企业孵化器以及在孵企业发展带来的正反两方面效应,提出科技企业孵化器发展风险投资应慎重、投资机制需创新的观点。On the basis of analyzing the background of developing venture capital function in business incubators, this paper discusses the positive and negative effects of the venture capital function which could be brought to the business incubators and enterprises in incubating. The opinion is put forward that it should be cautious for the business incubators to develop venture capital and the investment mechanism should be innovated.
