摘 要:产业的不断演进,并伴随着网络化的飞速发展,企业间组织被认为是一种新型的、具有战略价值的组织形式,是不同于市场和企业组织的网络治理形式,同时它也被视为一种赢得竞争优势的重要资源。面对急剧变化的环境、激烈的市场竞争和多变的顾客要求,传统的企业组织面临着巨大的挑战,而企业间组织则是解决组织与环境关系问题的有效战略之一。分析了企业组织间的信任机制,以及在信任的基础上,企业组织之间得以交流、学习、合作,最终达到企业组织效率提升。Inter-firm organizations are considered as new and strategic organizational forms by the industrial evolution and fast development of the net. Inter-firm organizations are different net governing forms from market and firm organizations. Meanwhile it is also considered as an important resource to get competitive advantages. When facing fast-changing environment, severe market competition and easy-changed demand of costumers, the traditional firm organizations confront with great challenge. And inter-firm organizations are effective strategy to solve the problems between organizations and environment. This paper will mainly analyze the trust mechanism between firm organizations. And based on the trust mechanism, firm organizations can communicate, learn and cooperate. Finally the efficiency of the firm organizations will be upgraded.
