双眼视训练对间歇性外斜视手术疗效影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:了解双眼视训练对间歇性外斜视手术疗效和双眼视功能恢复的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的169例单纯性间歇性外斜视病人随机分为3组,第一组仅行手术治疗;第二组手术后进行双眼视训练;第三组病人手术前后均进行双眼视训练。观察三组病人术后的眼位情况。结果:手术成功率:第一组(间歇性外斜视仅行手术治疗)<第二组(手术加术后双眼视训练)<第三组(手术加手术前后双眼视训练)。三组病人术后双眼视和立体视均有明显改善,尤以第二组和第三组更为明显。结论:双眼视训练对间歇性外斜视手术疗效和双眼视功能恢复很重要,应该在手术前后进行双眼视训练。Objective： To study the effect of the binocular visual training before and after operation for intermittent exotropia. Methods： Divided 159 patients randomly into 3 groups. One group received surgery only and one group receives surgery with post - operative binocular training and the other one had binocular training before and after operation. Results： The successful rate of the third group was the highest and the first group was the lowest. The binocular vision and the stereoscopic vision were improved in patients of all groups, which was obviously better in the latter two groups. Conclusion： The binocular visual training done before and after surgical treatment of intermittent exotropia was very important.
