Cortisomol糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较Cortisomol糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂的临床效果。方法:选择临床389例需要根管治疗的牙髓病或根尖周病患者,年龄18～66岁,随机分为两组,根管治疗中分别以Cortisomol糊剂和氧化锌丁香油糊剂进行根管充填。结果:根管充填后于3个月复诊,实验组和对照组治疗成功率分别为96.9%和92.2%;1年复诊,通过临床和X线检查,两组治疗成功率分别为94.9%和87.6%。结论:Cortisomol糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂比较,临床疗效有显著差异,Cortisomol糊剂安全可靠,疗效确切。Objective： To compare the clinical effieacy of Cortisomol paste and Zinc Oxide - engenol paste. Methods： Three hundred and eighty - nine patients with pulpfis or periapical periodontitis, 18 ～ 66 years old, were treated with root canal therapy, they were divided into two groups randomly. Root canals of the experimental group were filled with Cortisomol paste, root canals of the control group were filled with Zinc Oxide - engenol paste. Results： Reexaminating after 3 months, the success rate of the experimental group and the control group were 96.9% and 92.2% respectively; Reexaminating after 1 year, the success rate was 94.9% and 87.6% respectively. Conclusion： The curative effect of the experimental group was significandy better than that of the control group. Cortisomol paste was worth extensively apphed in clinical practice.
