摘　　要：目的:评估中文版社交恐怖症量表的信度和效度。方法:成都市大中学生社交恐怖症流行病学研究中确诊的155名社交恐怖症患者和1765名正常对照者完成中文版社交恐怖症量表,对其中30名学生间隔2周后重测。结果:中文版社交恐怖症量表间隔2周的重测信度为0.887,Spearman-brown分半信度为0.8895,Cronbachα系数为0.8940。截断值为19,此时的灵敏度为76.13%,特意度为78.47%。因子分析的结果提取出四个因子。结论:中文版社交恐怖症量表具有良好的重测信度、内部一致性信度、区分效度和结构效度,值得进一步修订和推广。Objective： To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese Version of Social Phobia Inventory. Methods： One - hundred and fifty - five social phobia patients and 1765 normal controls, selected from the epidemiological survey about the social phobia in Chengdu high schools and universities completed the Chinese version of Social Phobia Inventory. Thrity students in the survey completed the Chinese version of Social Phobia Inventory two weeks later. Results： The test - retest reliability of the Chinese version of Social Phobia Inventory was 0. 887. Spearman - brown spht - half reliability was 0. 8895. Cronbach a coefficient was 0.8940. The cut point was 19, the corresponding sensitivity was 76.13% and the specificity was 78.47%. Four factors was extracted from the factor analysis. Conclusion： The retest reliability, internal consistency reliability, discriminant validity and construct validity of the Chinese version of Social Phobia Inventory was satisfying. The Chinese version of Social Phobia Inventory deserved further emending and popularization.
