眼睑结膜鳞状细胞癌的nm-23表达

摘　　要：目的:为了进一步了解眼睑结膜发生的鳞状细胞癌的抑癌基因的表达与鳞癌的恶性程度及预后之间的关系,我院做了2003～2005年之间住院病人5例,门诊病人5例的眼睑结膜发生的鳞状细胞癌的抑癌基因的表达。方法:10例病人的送检标本用石蜡包埋HE染色的切片外,还用抗原抗体反应做抑癌基因(nm-23H1)的表达。结果:10例中9例在HE切片中表现为中-低恶性(占90%),1例表现为中高恶性(10%)。抑癌基因的表达10例中9例为阳性表达,占90%,1例表现为强阳性表达占10%。结论:眼睑结膜发生的鳞状细胞癌的抑癌基因(nm-23)9例表达高阳性,1例表达阳性。在临床上这10例中,无一例淋巴及其它器官转移。结果显示眼睑结膜的鳞状细胞癌抑癌基因(nm-23)是恶性肿瘤生长转移的重要基因,其表达低表现恶性生长和转移。Objective： For further understanding the relationshipe between the expression of nm23 and its malignancy and prognosis in sqaumas cell carcinoma of eyelid and conjuctiva, 10 cases of patients withe sqaumous ceil carcinoma frome 2003 - 2005, among them 5 case were from O. P. D, and 5 cases were hospitalized. Method： The specimens of 10 patients after sugery were sent for pathological examination. By HE stain, the specimens were diagnosed as sqausmous ceil carcinoma. Thease specimens were also studied by histochemical methods （nm - 23H1 antigen - antibody reaction）. Results： Among these patients, most of them were middle - lower grade malignant cacinoma. Nm23H1 expression was pasitive in 9 cases, 1 cases nm23H1 was pasitive and overexpression. Conclussion： Nm23H1 in sqaumous ceil carcinoma of eyelid and conjuctiva showed positive in lcase, and other 9 cases showsed strongly positived. In these 10 patients no one had matastatic lesions in lymphoid tissues and other organs. The results showed the nm23H1 was the important gene of carcinoma in its invasion and growth. If the expression was low, it was a malignant growth and probably metastasis.
