茶树菇多糖对小鼠免疫功能影响的研究

摘　　要：探讨了不同来源的茶树菇多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,与对照组比较,无论是菌丝体多糖还是发酵液多糖各实验组都能在一定程度上提高小鼠吞噬细胞吞噬功能、小鼠抗菌活力、小鼠血清溶血素含量、小鼠血清溶菌酶活性以及小鼠耐力。The immunity functions of the different Agrolybe aegirit polysaccharides were investigated on the mice. The results showed that compare with nothingness team, text team of phagocytic function of mononuclear- macrophage, the anti - bacterial activity, hemolysin content of serum, serum lysozyme activity and resistance were all improved with using polysaccharide.
