摘　　要：目的:采用HPLC法同时测定五味子不同部位中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素含量。方法:采用Symmetry C18柱,甲醇-乙腈-水(1:1:1)作流动相,流速1ml/min,检测波长250nm。结果五味子醇甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素含量测定方法的线性关系良好,线性范围和相关系数为0.04～0.2mg/ml(r=0.9999);回收率分别为103.03%、99.83%和101.55%;RSD分别为0.99%、2.15%、1.39%(n=10)。结论:该方法精密度、重现性和分离效果好,分析快速准确,适合于该药材中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素含量的测定,不同部位三成分均存在一定的差别。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of schizandra, deoxyschizadra and γ-schizandra in Schisandra chinensis （Turcz.） Baill, so as to investigate their contents in different parts. Methods： The determination was performed on a Symmetry C18 column （4.6 mm X 150 mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-water （ 1：1：1 ） with the flow rate of 1 ml/min. The wavelength was set at 250 nm. Results： A good linearity was obtained with the correlation coefficients ranged from 0.04~0.2 mg/ml （r=0.9999）. The average recoveries were 103.03%, 99.83%, and 101.55% with corresponding RSDs of 0.99%, 2.15% and 1.39%, respectively（n=10）. Conclusion： The HPLC method shows a good separation, reproducibility and accuracy. It can be used for determining schizandra, deoxyschizadra and γ -schizandra in herbs. The contents of schizandra, deoxyschizadra and γ-schizandra are different in different parts ofSchisandra chinensis （Turcz.） Baill.
