雪胆甲素的提取与确证

摘　　要：应用乙醇提取、乙酸乙酯纯化、丙酮沉淀的方法,从大籽雪胆中提取到结晶物,经HPLC和MS检测,并对其准分子离子进行ESI碰撞诱导裂解规律的分析,确证为雪胆甲素,其含量为95.1%。Followed the process of alcoholic extraction, purified with ethyl acetate and precipitation in acetone, a crystal was isolated from Henasleya sinesis Cogn. After detected by HPLC and MS and analyzed fragmentate pathway of its quasi-molecular ion under induced ESI collision, Cucurbitacin Ha （Dihydrocucurbitacin F-25-O-acetate） was identified as the main constituent （its content was 95.1%） of the crystal.
