摘　　要：文章节选自《欧洲高等教育质量保障学生手册》第三章——“质量保障的国家维度”，首先对欧洲国家高等教育质量保障体系作了总体描述，然后分别对瑞典、爱沙尼亚和荷兰的质量保障体系进行了比较分析。This article is digested from the third chapter of “from the view of nation” in the Students’ Handbook of Higher Education Teaching Quality Assurance in Europe. To begin with,this paper gives a whole description of European national quality assurance system, quality assurance in national organizations and system structure. Then, the author introduces the quality assurance systems in Sweden, Estonia and the Netherlands respectively.
