摘　　要：本文通过对国家海关水产品出口统计数据和对鳗鱼、河豚、裙带菜和杂色蛤等大宗水产品出口情况的考察,分析和探讨了日本的TBT设置,特别是"肯定列表制度"实施半年来,对我国水产品出口日本市场的影响。Through the statistics from China customs of aquatic product exportation and the general situation of main aquatic product exportation such as Eel, Porcupine Puffer, Undaria pinnatifida, Ruditapes philippinarum, the influence of TBT that Japan establishes to Chinese main aquatic product exportation in Japanese market was analyzed, especially ＂Positive List System＂ put into effect since half year ago.
