摘 要:实体瘤传统的治疗方法有手术切除、放疗和化疗等。人们在不断寻找新的临床治疗方法,肿瘤局部治疗方法通常有射频消融、激光凝固治疗和高强度聚焦超声等。科学技术的发展推动开放手术向微创、无创治疗发展。研究者们采取了一系列措施以增加靶组织能量沉积,使凝固性坏死体积增大,提高靶组织损伤效率。关于射频消融、激光凝固治疗、高强度聚焦超声在提高靶组织损伤效率方面的研究进展做一综述。Surgical operation, radiotherapy as well as chemotherapy are main clinical treatment for solid tumors. People have been searching for more effective therapy methods, localized therapeutic metheds for solid tumors include radiofrequency ablation, interstitial laser coagulation, high intensity focused ultrasound, and so on. Development in science and technique has been changing open surgery into micro-invasive and non-invasive therapy. Efforts were focused on increasing energy deposit in target tissue, augmenting of tissue necrosis volume enhance damage efficacy of target tissue. This paper reviewed the advancement in enhancing damage efficacy of target tissue using radiofrequency ablation, interstitial laser coagulation, high intensity focused ultrasound.
