摘　　要：本文从股东价值出发,研究了构成供应链价值增值的结构性因素,即供应链库存、运输与配送、设施、信息和组织形式,并进一步分析了这些价值驱动要素在实现供应链目标中的管理杠杆作用,为供应链设计、运营和管理提供了一个基本框架。From shareholder value, studied the value of value-added supply chain structural factors, namely the supply chain inventory, transportation and distribution, facilities, information and organizational forms, and further analysis of these value-driven elements of the supply chain management objectives of leverage, supply chain design, Business and Management provides a basic framework.
