摘　　要：目的:探讨特殊样品中低含量毒鼠强的测定方法。方法:样品经氯仿提取、浓缩后,以气相色谱仪使用火焰光度检测器检测。结果:实验能达到的最低检测限为0.1 ng毒鼠强,回收率在92%～100%。结论:该检测方法简单、灵敏、快速、准确,是测定中毒样品中低含量毒鼠强的一种好的方法。Objective：To find the methods of determining the low content tetramine in the special patterns. Methods：After been distilled and condensed by the chloroform, the tetramine in the patters was determined by using Blaze luminosity in Gas chromatography instrument. Results ：The lower limit was 0. 1 ng. The range of recycle percentage was 92% -100%. Conclusion：The method is simple, fast and nicety. It is a good method to determine the low content tetramine in patterns.
