摘 要:目的通过建立大鼠脊髓损伤模型,研究不同致伤力对铁蛋白表达的影响。方法分别通过0、25、50、75gcf的致伤力,观测伤后脊髓组织中游离铁、铁蛋白表达的变化,并对其进行相关分析、多元回归分析及变量筛选。结果伤后脊髓组织中游离铁、铁蛋白表达同致伤力成正相关,铁蛋白同游离铁成负相关。结论铁蛋白的表达同脊髓组织的损伤程度相关,并参与了脊髓继发损伤过程的调节作用。Objective To assess the effect of different force on the expression of ferritin in secondary lesion after SCI in rat. Mthods Contusion model of SCI using the modified Allen's method using different force(.,25,50,75gcf)were used. Four hours after trauma, Fe^2+, activity of ferritin has been measured using Evans and Halliwell methods,immunohistochemistry methods in the lesion of spinal cord. Results There were significantly differences in Fe^2+,activity of ferrtin in dif- ferent groups. Linear regression analysis revealed significant positive associations of ferritin and Fe^2+ with hit force. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed significant associations of ferritin with Fe^2+ and hit force. Conclusion Experimental demonstration the expression of ferritin is correlated with the degree of Fe^2+ and hit force,but ferritin is correeated with Fe^2+ in negative association. Possible implications for ferritin mediated secondary damage.
