摘  要:为了深海资源研究开发的需要,进行深海采矿控制技术的研究;针对深海采矿扬矿系统测控要求,提出了多级分布式扬矿测控系统任务配置,明确各级的测量、控制、互锁参数、通信协议和接口,分析与对比测控系统不同方案特点;通过研究与实验给出了基于opto22的多级分布式测控系统结构,其中以主控制器SNAP-PAC-S1提供的两个独立的、自适应10/100Mbps的以太网进行组态形成冗余以太网链路;确定了系统主要调节对象及其控制策略,提供了一套面向深海采矿扬矿测控系统的一个基于以太网多级分布式信息管理流通与分散控制可靠的系统设计。In order to meet the needs of research and development in deep-ocean resources, this essay investigates the deep-ocean mining? control technology. In line with the requirements of deep-ocean mining detection and control system, a configuration based on the task of multi-level distributed mining detection and control is proposed, the detection, control, interlocking parameters, communication protocols and interfaces are clarified, and the features of different detection and control schemes are analyzed and compared. Through research and experimentation, a structure of multi-level distributed control system based on Opt22 is constructed, with the main controller SNAP-PAC-S1 providing a redundant Ethernet link formed by two independent and adaptive 10/ 100Mbps Ethernet, It also determines the system's main regulatory targets and control strategy. Furthermore, it provides a set of multi-level distributed information management principles as well as decentralized and reliable control system designs for deep-ocean mining detection and control system based on Ethernet.
