摘　　要：在复杂的实时系统中,采用传统的前后台单任务控制机制已经不能满足要求;高性能单片机的出现使得嵌入式操作系统的应用成为了可能,将源代码开放的嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ移植到ARM7处理器上,应用于电子材料试验机的下位机软件设计;数据采集部分采用24位的高集成度的Δ∑模数转换芯片CS5532,简化了外围电路的设计;多任务之间通过消息队列来进行数据传递,提高了系统的实时性、稳定性和抗干扰能力,提高了开发效率,缩短了开发周期,充分发挥了32位CPU的优势。In many complex systems, traditional front and back platform of single task cannot meet the request . The appearance of Single Chip Micyoco with high performance makes the use of operating system become possible. Transplanting theo pen-source emleded operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ to ARM7 CPU, it is used in the design of the material testing machine＇s underside software. The data collecting part use μC/OS-Ⅱ CS5532 A/D converting chip which has 24 bits and high integration, making the circuit simpler. Between the tasks we use Message Queue to pass data, increasing the system＇s capacity of real time, stability, anti-jamming, developing efficiency, shortening the developing period, thoroughly use the advantage of CPU with 32bits.
