摘　　要：论述了可控负压－边喷边钻钻井工艺技术的概念、储层零伤害机理、工艺技术原理以及所需的装备等，并通过白21井四开对该工艺的实践得出一些认识，对今后类似条件的该工艺的再实施具有一定的借鉴意义。该工艺技术可以对储层做到零伤害，能够真实地反映地下条件及储层产能。The concept, principle and required equipment of the technology of controllable underbalanced drilling while kicking and so on are discussed in this paper. Some knowledge can be learned from the practice of the fourth spudding in Well Bai 21. It may be reference for reusing the technique in the similar formation in the future. Because the damage to reservoirs is zero using this technology, the formation condition and reservoir productivity can be shown really.
