摘 要:利用羧甲基纤维素钠、壳聚糖具有人体生物相容性好,促进伤口愈合和止血作用特点,所制备的复合海绵具有广阔的市场前景。本制备工艺采用浇铸/冷冻干燥技术,在单因素实验基础上再进行正交实验,得到最佳制备工艺条件为:羧甲基纤维素钠0.45g,壳聚糖0.14g,羧甲基纤维素钠溶液∶壳聚糖溶液体积比为2∶1,聚乙二醇0.4g,甘油0.2g,真空冷冻干燥时间26h,取得了较好结果。Utilizing carboxymethylcellulose sodium and chitosan with the characteristics of good human body biocompatibility,promoting wound healing and styptic function, the compound sponge prepared have broad marketing prospects. We researched the craft of preparing, adopt casting/lyophilization technology. The water adsorption rate was used as the index to evaluate the complex sponge, and the optimal condition for complex sponge production were obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiment: the carboxymethylcellulose sodium was 0. 45g, the chitosan was 0. 14g, the solution volume of carboxymethylcellulose sodium: the solution volume of chitosan was 2:1, the polyethylene glycol 4000 was 0. 4g, the glycerol was 0. 2g,the time of lyophilization was 26h. A good result was obainted.
