摘　　要：分离企业办社会职能是深化国有企业改革的重大举措。由于这项工作政策性强,在具体实施过程中,会出现各种矛盾和问题,本文从分离企业办社会职能的形成原因、对国有企业的影响、开展分离工作应当明确的政策、工作过程中可能存在的问题和应对办法,提出了建议。Depriving social function from enterprise is a great action to deepen the reform of state - owned enterprise. Because the policy of this work is strong, in the process of concret implement will appear various contradiction and problem, this text from formative reason of depriving social function from enterprise ,the influence to state - owned enterprise, the policy of definite in developing the depriving work, the existing problems and countermeasures in work process, puts forward the suggestions.
