平消胶囊增强表柔比星抗乳腺癌活性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨平消胶囊对表柔比星抗人乳腺癌细胞SKBR-3活性的影响。方法:分别将1、2.5和5g/L的平消胶囊乙醇提取物加入含表柔比星0.005、0.05、0.1和0.5mg/L的培养液,组成12组混合培养液用以培养人乳腺癌细胞SKBR-3,72h后用MTT技术检测各组的抑瘤率。结果:1、2.5和5g/L组平消胶囊乙醇提取物对人乳腺癌细胞SKBR-3的抑瘤率分别为10.87%、20.86%和33.90%;0.005、0.05、0.1和0.5mg/L组表柔比星的抑瘤率分别为9.33%、24.57%、31.77%和48.97%;12组平消胶囊提取物和表柔比星混合液抑瘤率分别为31.63%、43.03%、46.80%、63.72%、49.25%、54.70%、55.19%、68.61%、55.19%、62.25%、63.72%和72.25%。结论:平消胶囊提取物对表柔比星抗人乳腺癌细胞SKBR-3具有增效作用。OBJECTIVE： To investigate Ping Xiao capsule enhancing the anti-cancer efficacy of Epirubiein to breast cancer cell SKBR 3. METHODS： There were 12 groups composed respectively of 1, 2.5, 5 g/L Ping Xiao capsule ethanol extract and 0. 005, 0.05, 0. 1, 0.5 mg/L epirubicin. By MTT assay, which were respectively cultivated with breast cancer cell SKBR-3, the tumor inhibition rates were observed. RESULTS： The tumor inhibition rates of Ping Xiao capsule ethanol extract 1, 2.5 and 5 g/L were 10.87%, 20.86% and 33.90%, respectively; the tumor inhibition rates of epirubicin 0. 005, 0.05, 0. 1 and 0.5 mg/L were 9. 33%, 24. 57%, 31. 77% and 48. 97%, respectively; the tumor inhibition rates of 12 groups of Ping Xiao capsule ethanol extract combined with epirubicin were 31.63%0, 43.03%, 46.80%, 63.72%, 49.25%, 54.70%, 55.19%, 68.61%, 55.19%, 62. 25%, 63. 72% and 72. 25%, respectively. CONCLUSION： Ping Xiao capsule ethanol extract can enhance the anti cancer efficacy of Epirubicin to breast cancer cell SKBR-3.
