MMP2、TIMP2与胃癌临床病理学关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨MMP2和TIMP2的表达与胃癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测48例胃癌患者患者胃粘膜标本中MMP2、TIMP2的表达情况。结果:MMP2、TIMP2的表达在不同TNM的分期组、有无浆膜浸润组及有无淋巴结转移组中均有差异。结论:MMP2表达与胃癌侵袭、转移正相关,其表达增加提示胃癌有较高的恶性生物学行为。TIMP2表达与胃癌的侵袭、转移呈负相关。MMP2、TIMP2均可能成为评价胃癌恶性生物学特性的指标。Objective： To investigate the expression levels of matrix metalloproteinases-2 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-2 in gastric carcinoma and the relationship between the expression levels and the incursion and the metastasis of the gastric carcinoma. Methods. The immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression levels of MMP2 and TIMP2 in 48 cases of the gastric carcinoma. Results：The expression levels of MMP2 and TIMP2 showed a significant difference between different patients of different TNM classifications, with or without serous membrane invasion, with or without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion：The expression level of MMP2 has positive correlation with the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. The upregulated expression of MMP2 may play significant role in the metastasis of gastric carcinoma. It also clues that gastric carcinoma has worse biological character. The expression increase of TIMP2 could inhibit the development of the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma, so it has negative correlation with the prognosis of the gastric carcinoma. They all can be the index to evaluate the biological character of the gastric carcinoma.
