摘  要:目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)及粘附分子CD44的变构体CD44V6在乳腺癌组织中的表达和其与淋巴转移和临床分期的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测53例乳腺癌组织中VEGF、CD44V6的表达水平。结果:53例乳腺癌组织中,VEGF、CD44V6的阳性表达率分别为79.2%(42/53)、64.2%(34/53);VEGF及CD44V6的表达与淋巴转移呈正相关(r分别为0.496、0.381,P均<0.05),而与临床分期也呈正相关(r分别为0.412、0.609,P均<0.05)。结论:VEGF、CD44V6在乳腺癌组织中的过度表达在乳腺癌的发生、发展中可能协同起作用,并可作为判断乳腺癌生物学行为的指标。Objective: To investigate the expressions of VEGF and CD44V6 in breast cancer tissues, and explore their correlation to lymphatic metastasis and different clinical TNM stage. Methods: The expressions of VEGF and CD44V6 in 53 samples of breast cancer tissues were detected by SP immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of VEGF and CD44V6 in 53 samples of breast cancer were 79.2% and 64.2%. The positive rates of VEGF and CD44V6 were correlated with lymphatic metastasis (r was 0. 496and 0. 381)and clinical TNM stage(r was 0. 412 and 0. 609), with significant difference (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The expressions of VEGF and CD44 V6 in breast cancer tissues may be cooperative effects in the occurrence and they could be used as an important biologic marker for breast cancer.
