摘  要:目的:探讨血清唾液酸检测对诊断消化性肿瘤的临床应用及意义。方法:对206例消化性肿瘤患者和178例消化性非肿瘤患者及50例健康体检者,应用日立7600型全自动生化分析仪使用酶反应速率法,检测其血清唾液酸的含量,并对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果:①206例消化性肿瘤及178例消化性非肿瘤患者和50例健康对照组SA检测阳性数分别为158、3和0例,组间比较P<0.01,差异有显著性。②各种消化性肿瘤患者分别与消化性非肿瘤患者和健康对照组比较,均P<0.01,差异有显著性。肝硬化患者与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异有显著性。③206例消化性肿瘤患者及178例消化性非肿瘤患者和50例健康对照组SA检测阳性结果,以肝癌最高,阳性率为78.9%(60/76),肠癌最低,阳性率为64.3%(9/14)。各种消化性肿瘤患者与非肿瘤患者及健康对照组比较,均P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论:血清SA测定对消化性肿瘤的鉴别诊断和预后监测等方面具有重要的应用价值,并能用全自动生化分析仪检测,可作为普查消化性肿瘤的重要指标之一。Objective:To probe into the clinical application and significance of serum sialic acid detection in diagnosis of gastroenterological tumors. Methods: Two hundred and six patients with gastroenterological tumors,178 patients without Gastroenterological tumors,and 50 healthy persons were included. The enzyme reaction rate method with Hitachi 7600-type automatic biochemical analyzer was employed to detect the content of serum sialic acid. Also retrospective analyses were made on these results. Results: ①In 206 cases of tumor sufferers, 178 non-tumor sufferers and 50 healthy applicants detected, the positive cases of SA were respectively 158,3,and 0. By comparison among groups,P ratio was lower than 0.01 ,which indicates the results were notably different. ②By comparing various peptic tumor patients and non-peptic tumor patients with healthy applicants,P ratio were both lower than 0.01 after t analysis. By comparing the hepatocirrhosis sufferers with the healthy applicants, the P ratio was lower than 0. 05, thus showing marked differences in ese results. ③By detecting SA results of 206 cases of tumor sufferers, 178 non-tumor sufferers and 50 healthy applicants,the liver cancer was at top in the results and the positive percentage was 78.9% (60/76),while intestines cancer was the lowest with 64.3% (9/ 14). By comparing the various gastroenterological tumor sufferers, non tumor sufferers with the healthy group,P ratio was lower than 0.01 ,which revealed that there was a marked difference in the results. Conclusion. SA analysis of serum has valuable application significances in differentiation analysis and prognosis monitoring of the gastroenterological tumors. Combined with automatic biochemical analyzer,it can be used as one of the key indicators of detecting gastroenterological tumors. Therefore,the enzyme reaction rate method has a broad application potential in detecting serum SA.
