摘　　要：目的:探讨正颌外科治疗颌面部陈旧性骨折的临床疗效。方法:按正颌外科常规,术前摄片,取模及模型外科等,采用钛板内固定,矫治颌面部陈旧性骨折患者12例。结果:12例患者的面部外形,咬合及咀嚼功能均得到显著的恢复和改善。结论:应用正颌外科技术是矫治颌面部陈旧性骨折所致颜面畸形和咬合功能障碍的有效方法。Objective： To investigate the effects of orthognathic surgery to treat cases with old maxillofacial fractures. Methods：According to the regular rules of orthognathic surgery, the patients should be taken X-ray, impression and model surgery before operation. Then 12 cases were taken orthognathic surgery, rigid internal fixation to treat with old maxillofacial fractures. Results： All of the wound were primary healed. The dentomaxillofaeial deformities and disfunction were restored. Conclusion：Orthognathic surgery is available treatment for the patients with dentomaxillofacial deformities and malocclusion after trauma.
