摘　　要：本文简要介绍了X射线实时成像系统,综述了国内外该系统在食品安全检测中的应用。在分析屏蔽包装食品检测过程中屏蔽物对检测的影响以及食品中异物特点的基础上,提出了用该系统检测屏蔽包装食品中的各类异物,并初步建立了该系统。X-ray online imaging system is introduced briefly and the applications of the system in food safety inspection are also summarized in China and abroad. After the effects of shielding material in the metallically packed food on inspection and characteristics of impurities in food are analyses, the idea of inspecting the impurities of metallically packed food is supported, on which primary setup based is built.
