摘 要:对离体小麦叶片在室内自然干化失水率与品种抗旱性的关系进行了研究,结果表明:离体叶片室内自然干化失水率可作为小麦抗旱育种工作中鉴定评价品系(种)抗旱性的重要水分生理指标。此项技术测定方法简单,样本可容量大,结果较为可靠,适合抗旱育种工作中对大量的杂种世代材料测定和筛选,是一种选育小麦抗旱品种较为实用的方法和技术。The relationship between variety drought resistance and water losing rate of isolated wheat leaves dried under the natural indoor condition was studied in this paper and the results indicated that the water losing rate of the isolated leaves could be used to judge and appraise the drought resistance of line(or variety) as an important water physiological index in wheat drought resistance breeding This method is suitable for the measuring and creening of a large number of hybrid generations because of its simplicity,its accommodation of large numbers of samples and its reliable results and it is a more practical method and technique for selecting drought resistant wheat varieties.
