摘　　要：目的探讨动脉灌注化疗联合全身化疗保肢治疗肢体恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法利用以肢体动脉插管持续灌注联合全身化疗为主结合放疗或手术的综合方法保留肢体治疗肢体恶性肿瘤32例,其中成骨肉瘤15例,横纹肌肉瘤8例,纤维肉瘤7例,滑膜肉瘤2例。结果完全缓解8例,部分缓解18例,有效率81%,并保留了患肢,生存期最长63个月,最短12个月,中位生存期为27个月。结论以动脉持续灌注联合全身化疗为主的综合治疗可作为肢体恶性肿瘤保留肢体治疗的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of limb preservation by continuous arterial perfusion combined with systemic chemotherapy in malignant tumor of limbs. Methods 32 cases with limbs malignant tumor were treated by comprehensive therapy with continuous arterial perfusion plus systemic chemotherapy primarily, and combined with radiotherapy or surgery to reserve the limbs. Of these patients, 15 had osteosarcoma, 8 had rhabdomyosarcoma, 7 had fibrosarcoma, 2 had synovial sarcoma. Results The complete remission was observed in 8 cases, partial remission was observed in 18 cases. The overall response rate was 81%. The sick limbs have been reserved. The survival times were from 12 months to 63 months. The median survival time was 27 months. Conclusions It was efficacious comprehensive therapy to reserve the limb with continuous arterial perfusion plus systemic chemotherapy primarily in malignant tumor of limbs.
