摘　　要：精益方法和6西格玛方法被认为是当前企业提高效益的最具竞争力的两种生产管理方法,更多研究注重从各自的角度对二者进行深度的研究,而对精益方法和6西格玛方法协同作用的研究却很少。在分析精益方法和6西格玛方法的内涵基础上,探讨二者的关系及协同作用,建立精益6西格玛方法,为企业降低成本,提高效率,减少浪费提供最佳管理方法。Lean manufacturing and Six sigma are considered as the most competitive manufacturing management tools at present. Most researches emphasize particularly their depths separately. While less researches have done on their coordination. This paper discusse the relationships and coordination of Lean manufacturing and Six sigma based on the analysis of their meanings and proposes a method of Lean six sigma which emphasizes reducing cost economically, increasing productivity and reducing wastes for enterprises as their best management tool.
