泪湖-鼻泪管插管术的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨严重泪道损伤行泪湖鼻泪管插管术的手术疗效。方法 对21例26眼局部麻醉后行泪湖鼻泪管插管术，术后随访2～10年。结果 21例26眼中，治愈15例18眼，占69．23％；好转3例4眼，占15．38％，总有效率84．62％；失败3例4眼，占15．38％。金制义管14眼中治愈11眼，好转3眼，有效率为100％；不锈钢管12眼，治愈6眼，好转2眼，失败4眼，有效率为66．67％。结论 对于严重泪道的损伤，在无法行泪道手术或激光有效方法治疗情况下，泪湖鼻泪管插管术为可行的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the therpeutic effects of lacrymal-nasolacrimal intubatton treated the serious lacrimal passages damnification. Methods 21 patients （26 eyes） with the surgery of lacrymalnasolacrimal intubatton, the follow-up was 2-10 years. Results Symptoms was completely resolved in 18 eyes （69.23%） and improved in 4 eyes （15.38%） and reoccurred in 4 eyes （15.38%）. Symptoms was completely resolved in 11 eyes and improved in 3 eyes with the gold ducts （14 eyes）. Symptoms was completely resolved in 6 eyes and improved in 2 eyes and reoccurred in 4 eyes with the stainless ducts （12 eyes）. Conclusions With the serious lacrimal passages damnification, the surgery of lacrymal-nasolacrimal intubatton is an alternative method for the treatment of them under no effective methods.
