摘　　要：企业要以最小的投入取得最大的利润,参与激烈的市场竞争,建设强势的百年企业,则必须要具备成熟完善的企业良心。企业良心是在企业的全部生活中所体现出来的感恩心、仁爱心、责任心和自省心的总和。企业良心对于调节企业人的行为,促进企业健康和谐发展,建设和谐社会都具有重要意义和作用。An enterprise must have a mature and perfect enterprise conscience when it seeks the greatest profit with the smallest input by engaging itself in tense market competitions so as to become a powerful long-lasting enterprise. Enterprise conscience is the sum of grateful feelings, benevolence, sense of responsibility and sense of examining oneself critically. And it plays an important part in regulating the acts of enterprise personnel, promoting the healthy and harmonious development of enterprises and building a harmonious society.
