从现代大学理念看思想政治教育的创新

摘　　要：现代大学沉淀了一些基本的理念,如强调大学传授和发展知识的职能、强调学术独立和学术自由、强调大学对社会的责任感和使命感、强调师生平等的关系。现代大学理念的坚持,对思想政治教育提出了新的要求,我们要在落实现代大学理念的基础上,重视学生公民意识的培养,加强公民教育和道德教育;重视发挥学生主体作用,多层次强化思想政治教育渗透性;重视教育理念的改革,强化学生的实践课程;重视教师与学生的和谐构建,建立互动性的学生管理模式;重视全方位的培养,促进学校、社会和家庭教育职能的相互作用。Some basic ideas have been settled in modern tertiary institutions that importance is attached to their function to imparting and developing knowledge, to academic independence and freedom, to their sense of responsibility for the society, and to the relations of equality between teachers and students. Insistence on these ideas brings forward new demands for their ideological and political education On the basis of carrying out these ideas, it is imperative to stress the cultivation of students＂ awareness of the obligation of citizens, strengthening civil and moral education among them , punctuate the reform of educational ideas, reinforce the students＂ courses about practice, emphasize the forming of a harmonious relations between teachers and students, build the interactive pattern of student management, accentuate an all-round cultivation and promote the role of interaction of the different functions of the education by the college, society and the family.
