摘 要:随着京津南部电网的发展,网架结构引起的电网安全稳定问题已关系到整个华北电网的稳定运行,必须装设区域电网安全稳定控制装置来解决电网的稳定问题。京津南部电网安全稳定控制系统由14个站组成,覆盖廊坊、天津、北京地区。当京津南部受电断面(大房双+房保线+保霸线)发生严重故障时,采取切机、切负荷措施,防止大面积停电,保证京津南部电网的安全稳定运行。该文介绍了京津南部电网区域稳定控制系统的研究和实施,总结了区域电网稳定控制的关键技术,对于今后区域电网稳定控制系统的实施有积极的借鉴意义。With the development of southern Beijing- Tianjin power grid, the problem of security and stability caused by the power grid structure has great influence on the operation of the whole Northern China power grid. The stability control system for the southern Beijing-Tianjin power grid consists of 14 stations, covering Langfang, Tianjin, Beijing area. When serious fault occurs on the power receiving section of southern Beijing-Tianjin power grid, including Dafang double circuit lines, Fangbao line and Baoba line, generator tripping and load shedding should be done to ensure the stability of the power grid. The research and application of the stability control system for southern Beijing-Tianjin power grid is introduced in this paper. The key technology of regional stability control systeha is generalized, which is helpful and meaningful for its future application.
