凡士林灌注直肠行多层螺旋CT检查在直肠癌诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨凡士林灌注直肠多层螺旋CT检查直肠癌的表现及诊断应用价值。方法凡士林灌注直肠进行多层螺旋CT扫描,回顾性分析48例直肠癌、直肠癌术后的临床资料和MSCT表现。结果多层螺旋CT显示肿瘤部位准确率100%,凡士林灌注直肠多层螺旋CT检查可见病变肠壁增厚、突出腔内的肿块、肠腔狭窄及浆膜面毛糙,可见直肠癌侵犯邻近器官以及直肠癌术后改变。结论凡士林灌注直肠多层螺旋CT检查简单、经济,定位定性准确性高,对直肠癌术前、术后的诊断有较好的诊断价值和实用性。Objective To study MSCT presentations of rectal carcinoma with Vaseline enteroclysis and it＇s diagnostic value. Methods After perfusing rectal with Vaseline by MSCT. The clinical data and MSCT findings of 48 cases which had been diagnosed as rectal carcinoma or post-surgery for rectal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The diagnositic accuracy rate of MSCT for rectal cancer was 100 percent. The MSCT presentations of rectal cancer after Vaseline enteroclysis included deeper rectal wall, turnout in rectal cavity, stenosis of contractive rectal cavity, coarseness of rectal serous membrane and adjacent metastasis,and changes of post-surgery for rectal carcinoma. Conclusion This method is simple and cheap with high accuracy and clinical usefulness. The preoperative and postoperative diagnostic value of MSCT combined with Vaseline enteroclysis is excellent.
