摘　　要：目的探讨羊膜移植治疗早期眼部热烧伤的临床效果。方法采用新鲜人羊膜移植治疗早期眼部铁水烧伤106例(126眼)。结果术后10天有92例(107眼)术眼眼部炎症控制,眼表保持稳定。术后1月有61例(72眼)眼角膜恢复透明,27例(33眼)遗留局限性角膜白斑,11例(13眼)角膜浑浊并血管翳,5例(6眼)发生完全性角膜白斑,2例(2眼)角膜自溶穿孔,发生眼内感染,最终行眼内容物摘除。结论新鲜人羊膜移植治疗早期眼部热烧伤是一种有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of human amniotic membrane transplantation on treating ocular thermal burning at early stage. Methods Performing fresh human amniotic membrane transplantation of 106 patients （ 126 eyes） with ocular thermal burning by iron water at early stage. Results The ocular inflammation was controlled and the ocular surface maintaining stable in 92 patients （107 eyes） 10 clays postoperatively. After one month,the transparency of cornea was resumed in 61 patients （72 eyes） ,localized leucoma in 27 patients （33 eyes） , corneal opacity and pannus in 11 patients （13 eyes） ,full leucoma in 5 patients（6 eyes） ,resulting in intraocular infection and evisceration eventually. Conclusions Fresh human amniotic membrane transplantation is an effective method on treating ocular thermal buring at early stage.
