外伤后角膜真菌感染的综合治疗及临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤后角膜真菌感染的综合治疗。方法对40例(40眼)真菌性角膜炎采用病变组织切除或刮除,溃疡面5%碘酊及达克宁烧灼,0.2%氟康唑结膜下注射及静脉滴注,0.4%氟康唑及贝复舒滴眼,口服消炎痛、维生素及清热解毒中药等综合治疗方法。结果34例在10-60天治愈,2例继发性青光眼,2例角膜穿孔,2例转院行穿透性角膜移植。结论应用综合治疗方法治疗真菌性角膜炎疗效较好。Objective To probe into the therapeutics for traumatic fungal keratitis. Methods In the 40 cases （40 eyes） , we resect of scrape off the pathological tissue. We use 5% tincture of iodine and miconazole nitrate cream on the abscessed area. injected 0.2% Fluconazole was in the conjunctiva, intravenous injection of 0.2% Fluconazole was used. 0.4% Fluconzole and BFGF in the eyes. Patients were given some indometbacin vitamin B2 and some herbal medicine to reduce inflammation. Results 34 cases was cured between 10 adn 60 days. Two cases suffered from secondary glaucoma,2 more cornea perforation and 2 others was sent to superior hospital to receive perforated cornea transplantation. Conclusion The comprehensive therapeutics is an effective cure for traumatic fungal keratitis.
