晶状体超声乳化术后视力满意度的多因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解白内障患者晶状体超声乳化手术后视力满意度的情况,分析其影响因素。方法2005年1月至2006年1月我院进行的白内障超声乳化手术愿意接受调查者216例,分别于术后1月、3月和6月随访调查。调查内容包括:性别、年龄、职业、文化程度、术前最佳矫正视力、病程、术后最佳矫正视力(远、近视力)以及对视力满意度(分为非常满意、基本满意、尚可和不满意),进行分类回归分析。结果以非常满意和基本满意合计总满意度术后1月、3月和6月分别为:71.40%、81.50%和76.27%。本研究所得数据就年龄、性别、病程、术前最佳矫正视力、文化程度、职业、术后最佳矫正远视力、术后最佳矫正近视力、植入人工晶状体类型以及手术并发症等多种因素进行分类回归分析。术后1月,年龄和性别在回归方程中无统计学意义(P>0.05),而其余指标均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后3月,各因素在回归方程中均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后6月,除人工晶状体类型外的各因素在回归方程中均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论白内障超声乳化术后视力满意度受到多种因素的影响。Objective To investigate patients＇ postoperative visual satisfaction of phacoemulsification, and analyse factors that affect its level. Methods Two hundred sixteen patients after phacoemulsification 1 month,three months and six months were inquired satisfaction of vision. Mean while recorded gender,age,occupation, education, preoperative best corrected visual acuity, course of disease, postoperative best corrected visual acuity for distance and near. Data was analysed by categorical regression.Results Patients＇ satisfaction of postoperative 1 month, three months and six months were 71.40% ,81.50% and 76.27% correspondingly. Postoperative 1 month age and gender were not significantly and other factors were significantly related to patients＇ satisfaction. Postoperative 3 months, all the factors were significant , and postoperative 6 months the factors but kinds of IOL for implanting were significantly correlated with patients＇ satisfaction. Conclusions This study provides many factors related to patients＇ satisfaction after phacoemulsification
