摘　　要：目的 探讨危重眼外伤Ⅰ期术中或术后应用全氟丙烷（C3F8）气体对眼压及其预后的影响.方法 危重眼外伤26例（26眼）Ⅰ期术中或术后注入纯全氟丙烷气体,观察眼压并于Ⅱ期术中观察气体作用效果及预后评价.结果 注气术后眼压得到改善23眼,18眼角膜水肿浑浊经气体充填后恢复透明15眼,Ⅱ期术中在气体作用下视网膜平复状态共21眼.术后随诊3～12月,视力提高22眼,视力不变3眼,视力下降1眼.结论 危重眼外伤Ⅰ期术中或术后应用全氟丙烷气体能有效提升眼压同时取得较好预后.Objective To explore the effects of chronic hypotony and prognosis used C3F8 on severe eye trauma. Methods In 26 cases （26 eyes） of severe eye trauma during 2000 -2002, the fixed quantity if C3F8 was injected in the eye in or after primary operation. Observed the chronic hypotony and evaluated the effects in or after secondary operation. Results The chronic hypotony of 23 cases were promoted. Attached retina were found in 21 cases during the secondary operation. Visual acuity improved in 22 eyes, unchanged in 3 eyes, and decreased in 1 eye. Conclusions C3F8 is a effective method in promoting chronic hypotony after severe eye trauma in or after primary operation, and prognosis could be improved.
