甲状腺肿瘤原位细胞凋亡检测与FHIT表达研究

摘　　要：目的:研究原位细胞凋亡指数及脆性组氨酸三联体在原发性甲状腺肿瘤中表达及其与病变的关系。方法:对于87例原发性甲状腺肿瘤(乳头状腺癌38例,滤泡性腺癌21例,未分化癌5例,腺瘤23例)分别应用原位细胞凋亡检测试剂盒测定凋亡指数及应用免疫组化方法检测脆性组氨酸三联体表达情况。结果:凋亡指数及脆性组氨酸三联体在各甲状腺肿瘤组织均存在表达,凋亡指数在腺癌表达高于腺瘤(P<0.01),脆性组氨酸三联体在腺瘤表达显著高于腺癌组(P<0.05);凋亡指数及脆性组氨酸三联体灰度值有负相关性(r=-0.39,P<0.05)。结论:凋亡指数及脆性组氨酸三联体的表达与甲状腺肿瘤显著相关,检测凋亡指数及脆性组氨酸三联体水平对于鉴别甲状腺良恶组织具有重要参考意义。Objective To study the relationship between apoptosis index, FHIT and thyroid tumor tissue by combining assays of apoptosis index and FHIT in thyroid tumor tissue. Methods Apoptosis index was evaluated with TUMEL method and the expression of FHIT were detected with immunohistochemistry in 87 cases （thyroid papillary cancer 38, thyroid follicular cancer 21, thyroid undifferentiated cancer 5, thyroid adenoma 40）. Results The expression of apoptosis index in thyroid carcinoma increased（P〈0.01）. The expression of FHIT in thyroid adenoma was higher than thyroid cancer（P〈0. 05）. There was negative relationship between apoptosis index and FHIT（r=-0. 39, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is suggested that combined detections of apoptosis index and FHIT may have important reference significance on the differentiation of thyroid benign or malignant tissue.
