摘 要:利用无花果曲霉对刚果红进行脱色研究,在搅拌条件下,曲霉菌丝球能在18h内使刚果红脱色率达到90%以上。在脱色培养液中,对影响脱色过程的因素进行了研究,这些因素包括:脱色培养液初始pH,摇床培养温度及转速、盐浓度。结果表明:该无花果曲霉菌丝球对刚果红脱色的最佳温度为33℃,最佳pH7.0,最佳摇床转速为120r/min,盐度对脱色率有较大影响。菌丝球经四次脱色后,脱色率仍达到88.1%。在25~75mg/L浓度范围内,无花果曲霉对刚果红脱色符合二级动力学方程。Cultured decolorizing A spergillus ficuum pellets was used for the decolorization of Congo Red. It was found that under agitated condition, the decolorization rate of Congo Red could reach to 90,0% in 18 h by Aspergillus ficuum pelleted mycelia. Many factors affecting the decolorizing process in the Czapek culture media were studied,including initial pH,temperature, shaker speed, and salt concentration. The results showed that the optimum pH, temperature and shaker speed were 7,0, 33℃, 120r/min, respectively, Salt concentration could affect decolorization rate, The rate of decolorization was as high as 88.1% when the pelleted mycelia was used for the four times. In the concentration range of 25-75mg/L, the decolorization kinetics of Congo Red by Aspergillus ficuum fitted with second-order curve.
