摘 要:目的了解大学二年级学生的心理健康状况和入学后心理健康状况的变化,为学校心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL—90),对419名学生在一、二年级不同就读阶段进行测试,并用SPSS对测试结果进行比较分析.结果大学二年级学生在抑郁、敌对和其他3个维度上不健康状态显著高于大一时期;大学男生在躯体化、抑郁、敌对和阳性症状项目的检出率显著高于女生;一年级学生在强迫症状和人际敏感两个项目上的检出率较高。结论大学二年级学生的心理健康状况不及入学第一年,更应引起学校心理健康教育工作者的关注。Objective To investigate the conditions of the second year university students' mental health and the changes from their entrance time till now. Methods 419 students, both in the first year and the second year, were tested and evaluated by use of Symptom Check List- 90 (SCL- 90). The conclusion of two tests were comparatively analyzed with SPSS. Results The conditions of the second year university students' mental health were worse on depression, hostility and additional items than that at their entrance time; Boys had more problems on somatization, depression, hostility and positive symptom distress level than girls. Mental health of Freshmen is poor on obsessive-compulsion and interpersonal sensitivity. Conclusion The conditions of the second year university students' mental health are worse than that at their entrance time, so mental health educator in the University should pay more attention to this group.
