摘　　要：设计引物进行PCR反应,从纳豆芽孢杆菌基因组DNA中扩增和克隆纳豆激酶基因。序列分析表明,所克隆的纳豆激酶基因序列全长1 473 bp,其中阅读框架1 143 bp,阅读框架以GTG为起始密码子,编码包括信号肽、前导肽、成熟肽在内的381个氨基酸;表达产物为前纳豆激酶原,其中N端29个氨基酸组成信号肽,随后的77个氨基酸组成前导肽,最后的275个氨基酸组成成熟肽。The entire sequence of nattokinase gene was amplified by PCR from Bacillus subtilis natto KX strain, using a pair of specific primers based on the reported nattokinase gene sequence. The cloned full nattokinase gene was 1 473bp nucleotides in length including the 1 143bp ORF encoding 381 amino acids of which 29, 77, 275 amino acids composed the signal peptide, guiding peptide and mature peptide, respectively.
