摘 要:[目的]探讨采用免疫细胞化学(ICC)和RT-PCR方法同时检测腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌(axillary lymph nodes negative breast cancer,ALNNBC)患者骨髓微小转移的意义。[方法]对常规HE染色腋淋巴结阴性的62例乳腺癌患者采用免疫细胞化学(ICC)和RT-PCR方法检测骨髓细胞角蛋白CK19的表达情况。[结果]ICC法检出CK19阳性表达率为14.52%(9/62),而RT-PCR方法检测则CK19阳性表达率为24.20%(15/62),两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.1667,P=0.0412)。[结论]常规病理检查腋淋巴结阴性的乳腺癌患者,用ICC法和RT-PCR法对其骨髓血作进一步检测,可以发现微小转移的存在,RT-PCR方法比ICC更敏感。[Purpose] To investigate the significance of concurrent detecting cytokeratin in bone marrow with immunoeytochemistry (ICC) and reverse transeription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) for breast cancer with micrometastases in bone marrow. [Methods] The expression of cytokeratin 19 (CK19) in bone marrow was detected by ICC and RT-PCR in 62 patients with negative axillary lymph nodes from HE-staining sections. [Results] The expression of CK19 was 14.52%(9/62) by ICC method, and 24.20%(15/62) by RT-PCR. The results were significantly different between the two methods(χ^2=4.1667,P=0.0412). [Conclusion] Even there is no axillary lympb nodes involvement in routine pathological examination, micrometastases could be detected in bone marrow by ICC and RT-PCH. RT-PCR is superior to ICC.
