泻肝补肾汤对前列腺炎性不育大鼠血浆血栓素B_2 6-酮-前列腺素F_(1a)含量的影响

摘　　要：在用大肠杆菌前列腺注射法建立细菌性前列腺炎性不育大鼠模型的基础上,观察了泻肝补肾汤对其血浆血栓素B2、6-酮-前列腺素F1α含量的影响。实验结果显示,模型组大鼠血浆血栓素B2含量及TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值显著高于正常组(P<0.01)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α含量显著低于正常组(P<0.01);泻肝补肾汤组大鼠血浆血栓素B2含量及TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值显著低于模型组(P<0.01)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α含量显著高于模型组(P<0.01)。实验结果表明,泻肝补肾汤可以通过降低模型大鼠血浆血栓素B2含量及TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值、提高模型大鼠血浆6-酮-前列腺素F1α含量,以显著提高其生育能力。Escherichia coli injected to duplicate bacteral prostatitis model, screening the rats of bacteral prostatitis infertility, Detecting the change of thromboxane B2 、6 -keton- prostaglandin Fla in plasm using radio-immunlty. The result was that model group＇s thromboxane B2 in plasrn,TXB2/6 -keto -PGFIot were increased significantly. Nie -gan - bu - shen prescription group＇s near to the nomal groupS. It suggested that Xie - gan - bu - shen prescription can rise fertility may through decreaseing the content of thromboxane B2 and TXB2/6 - keto - PGF1α, increasing 6 - ceton - pros- taglandinFiα content.
