摘　　要：中国加入世界贸易组织以后,既面临巨大挑战的同时又迎来一次难得的机遇。为适应国外留学生教育事业的飞速发展,并在国内外市场竞争中占据优势,中医院校要充分发挥各自的对外教育的办学优势,围绕各院校跨世纪发展战略目标,以先进的教学内容、课程结构,吸引更多的来华留学生。China has joined into WTO, which is favor to be treated as a treasures chance more than a challenge. Colleges of TCM should fully and deeply develop their advantages in the field of international education in order to catch up with the rapid development of international education in foreign countries and to be advanced in the marketing competition in the countryside and abroad. Colleges of TCM should attract eyes of more and more overseas students by advanced contact of education and course structure respecting the objective in the new century.
