滋阴益气活血法对糖尿病合并缺血性脑损伤沙鼠海马CA_1区超微结构及神经细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋阴益气活血法对糖尿病合并缺血性脑损伤沙鼠海马CA1区超微结构及神经细胞凋亡的影响。方法:采用糖尿病合并沙鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,通过透射电镜及TUNEL法对沙鼠海马CA1区超微结构及细胞凋亡进行观察。结果:糖尿病沙鼠脑缺血再灌2天后,海马CA1区存在细胞坏死和细胞凋亡两种细胞死亡形式,滋阴益气活血方治疗后未见到明显的细胞坏死,神经元超微结构较模型组改善,细胞凋亡发生较模型组减轻。结论:滋阴益气活血法可以通过抑制CA1区神经元坏死和凋亡而发挥抗糖尿病合并缺血性脑损伤的作用。Altrastructure and apoptosis of hippocampal gyrus CA1 area in cerebral tissue were observed on gerbil model with high blood - glucose and cerebral ischemic reperfusion using transmission electron microscope and TUNEL method. The results showed that：on gerbil model with ischemic injury and two days reperfusion there were two forms of cell death in cerebral tissue, neuronal necrosis and apoptosis. In ZYYQHX recipe group ,there was no neuronal necrosis, neuronal uhrastructure was more improved than model group, neuronal apoptosis was slighter than that of model group. The results suggested that ： ZYYQHX may play the role of antagonizing high blood - glucose and cerebral ischemia by antagonizing CA1 area neuronal necrosis and apoptosis.
