摘 要:目的:探讨3种牙科合金对局部龈沟液中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)以及白介素-6(IL-6)表达的影响。方法:制作全冠(钴铬合金、镍铬合金、金合金),在修复后第一个月和第六个月,用WhatmanI号滤纸采集龈沟液(gingival crevicular fluid,GCF)样本。用ELISA法测定GCF中Interleukin-6(IL-6)和Tumeo Necrosis fac-tor-α(TNF-α)的含量。结果:对TNF-α的影响,修复后1个月3种材料之间相比,没有显著性差别;修复后6个月钴铬合金相对于镍铬合金、金合金引起TNF-α分泌量增加。而3种全冠都没有引起IL-6分泌量的显著增加。结论:不同的牙科合金材料对龈沟液中某些细胞因子的含量有影响。Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the effect of three kinds of dental alloys on the expression of Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF). Methods: Three kinds of crowns(cobalt-chrome, nickel-chrome and gold alloy)were fabricated for 30 patients. The GCF was collected by Whatmanl filter paper strips at the 1st month and 6th month after cementation and IL-6 and TNF-α level were detected by ELISA method. Results: There were no significant differences among the three kinds of crowns in 1L-6 and TNF-α level at the 1st month, while at the 6th month, cobalt-chrome led to significantly secretion of TNF-α compared with nickel-chrome and gold alloy crowns. Three-kind crowns had no obvious effect on release of 1L-6. Conclusion: Different dental alloys may affect the level of some cytokines in GCF.
