摘 要:目的:比较国产碳纤维桩与进口碳纤维桩和镍铬合金铸造金属桩在弯曲强度方面的差异,为国产碳纤维桩的临床应用提供理论依据。方法:将中科院化学所提供直径为1.5mm的碳纤维桩放置在100kNWDW4100微机控制电子万能实验机上,在与桩垂直的方向上加力,直致材料断裂,记录最大载荷值。同时,用相同直径的进口碳纤维桩和镍铬合金铸造金属桩做对照组进行对比实验。结果:国产碳纤维桩的弯曲强度1837.5393±227.4421MPa,进口碳纤维桩的弯曲强度1247.9500±77.4050MPa,镍铬合金铸造金属桩的弯曲强度909.7943±69.7955MPa。结论:国产碳纤维桩的弯曲强度大于临床常用镍铬合金铸造金属桩的弯曲强度,因此能够满足临床要求。Objective: To compare different bending strengths of domestic carbon fiber post, imported carbon fiber post, and chrome-nickel posts and to provide theoretical ground for applying domestic carbon fiber posts to clinical use. Method: Carbon fiber posts (diameter=1.5mm) provided by Chemical institute of China science institute were placed on a 100kN WDW4100 testing equipment controlled by micro-computer and then were vertically loaded until they were broken. The maximum loading was recorded. The same tests repeated with imported carbon fiber posts and chrome-nickel posts as control. Results: The bending strength was 1837.5393±227.4421 MPa for domestic carbon fiber, 1247.9500± 77.4050 MPa for imported carbon fiber and 909.7943± 69.7955 MPa for chrome-nickel posts. Conclusion: The bending strength of domestic carbon fiber is higher than that of chrome-nickel posts, and therefore it can meet clinical requirement.
